Read all the information that came together with the program. Get the stuff you have to adhere to the meal program and write out a schedule to follow and put it in your fridge. Then just PUSH PLAY every day. PRINT A WORKOUT CALENDAR Download and print workout calendars.
Do you have a Beachbody coach? The website is an awesome place to find workouts buddies and other people doing the program.
